I feel that this Raketa exemplifies the utilitarian military-inspired design that was common in Soviet timepieces. Model 511239, nicknamed “Military”, has a clean black dial featuring luminous dot markers at each hour and larger rectangular markers at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock positions. As you can see on my specimen lume aged differently on hands and the rest of the dial. Not the first time I see this (may have been tampered with?).

Raketa 2609 "Military"
Haven't encountered any fake dials for this model, but loads of frankens out there. Beware of replaced hands in particular.
