The blue dial seems to be the most common color scheme for this funky asymmetric case. Mine is the export version with text in English.
Model number: 141323
Movement: Slava 2427 (automatic)
Lug width: 18mm
Case: ~43mm, chrome-plated case
Period: 1970’s – 1980’s
Being extremely popular, this model is featured in various Slava catalogs, starting with a group photo in this 1976 brochure. Note the white second hand; I’ve only seen it with silver second hand elsewhere, including my sample:

Two other shots from 1977 and 1979 brochures:
And finally a scan of a 1979 catalog with a description:
Below is the description translated from Russian:
Chrome-plated case. Case back made of stainless steel. Two-piece dial consisting of a flat disc of dark blue color and an applied ring-block with eleven hour markers of silver color. Flat nickel-plated hands with stripe. Second hand flat, nickel-plated.
You may notice that the winding crown seems flat in the different catalog shots, whereas it is conical on my watch. So far I’ve seen these Slavas with both flat and conical crowns and I don’t know which one is correct. Maybe both? Furthermore, there is another dial version pictured in that 1977 brochure that clearly shows a conical crown:
